Add Bank Account issue

I want to add my bank account through Direct to Local Bank, but I can't input the right format of my phone number, could someone give me an example of that? Many thanks.

Hi Tong, 

Please try adding the phone number in this format "(country code) phone number" without the plus (+) sign for the country area, make sure to wrap the country code in brackets and add a space between the country code and the phone number.
