Add personal projects in portfolio

Hi
Am I suppose to add my personal projects in my portfolio or only those projects which I have done on upwork?
Also please tell me that what should I include in Pre-packaged projects section?

You can add any of your work done in project section, either on Upwork or not.

A specific project that you offer to clients on Upwork with your cost mentioned for that task. Like  you will design a landing page in $100 or will write a content for website at $50 .
