Hello

Several clients said they attached files or sample content but I don't know how to see this files.

Hello Aurel,

Are you referring to the attached files in the Upwork messenger? You may simply click the link to download the files attached by your clients to see them. Please see screenshot attached to this post. If you are referring to the attached files in the job posts, there is a specified area where the attached files are included. Please see the second screenshot attached.

Clicking on the link doesn't provide an option to download the image. It simply opens the image in another browser window from which it can be copied or saved in a smaller size, e.g. 100 kb instread of 2 Mb.  I switched from Firefox to Safari and was able to download the png files.  My version of Firefox (63.03) is up to date. The only options available on Upwork via Firefox is to open, copy or  save a link, not the image itself. This is something god to know as Firefox is a pretty common browser.
