Hi, I got bad client, he give me bad feedback 3.4 on my first job on Upwork. And also he want to refund. 

I need advice how to overcome with this situation since I'm new on Upwork and have 3.4 feedback. Do you think it will be difficult for me to get another job with 3.4 feedback on my first job?

Have you contacted the client to ask what the issue was and if you could come to a solution to make it right?

See if the client will work with you. If the client gets a refund, your Public feedback of 3.4 will disapper. Thanks!
