Browser not allowing me to sign in my Desktop time tracker app

I downloaded a version of the Upwork Desktop time tracker app however when I sign in, a message appears stating that the browser or app may not be secure and ask me to refresh my page. How can I resolve this issue?

Please find attached a screenshot. I've turned off my antivirus and
computer's threat detection app but

it's still not allowing me to sign in.
