By mistake deactivated the account - please help

Hello Support Team,

 

I tried to chat with live agent via Data Chatbot and connect with online support who help to reactive the account. One of our company account - by mistakly was deactived by employee. We want to reactive it again. Please do the needful.

 

We are getting "Oops! Username is incorrect." error.
