I created the agency and planned to start a career on the UpWork. Unfortunately, UpWork permanently blocked one of my key employee. Therefore, I and my colleagues can no longer work with UpWork. Yesterday I payed agency fee (Reference ID: 166546824). Can I kindly ask for cancelling the payment from UpWork side?
