Can I add a customer certificate from another freelance agency as I'm currently working with them as a freelancer? Moreover, how to add a photo of my work certificate as it's in pdf format?

Certifications for an agency you are part of will not display on your profile. If you're referring to Testimonials, please review this article.

Please note that the Upwork Terms of Service require that freelancers use a profile photo that is an actual photo of them. Please update your photo.
