Hi, How do I change a contract from weekly to monthly?

the timesheet cycle is weekly. Hourly contracts are calculated based on the number of hours spent working for a given client from 00:00 Monday UTC to Sunday 23:59. 

There is no option for monthly payment or calculation.

Thanks for your response. My salary goes in monthly, therefore I would like to move to a monthly solution.
