Freelancers don't see your contact info AFTER they get hired, either.

The only thing freelancers can do is contact you using the Upwork Messenger tool.

You are ALLOWED to share any contact information you want with freelancers when you interview them or after you hire them or whenever. But there is never a time when Upwork displays your contact information to freelancers.
