Connect Issue

I am not getting the connects on my Upwrok Profile which is non-exclusive, Please help me with this.

Hi Akanksha,

Please select your Freelancer profile from the drop-down menu in the upper-right corner > select the "0 Connects available" link on the right side of the Find Work page > select a membership plan in order to receive your first allotment of Connects.
