I need to know what happens to my connects if I don't want to pay next month?

Hi Vincent,

If you switch back to the Basic Plan you will not receive any Connects once the new billing cycle starts. The Connects you already have in your account will rollover to the next month. You can rollover up to 140 Connects each month.
