Connects over deducted

I used connects to send proposals on 2 jobs.but I ended up without hired and employer now closed that jobs.but once those jobs are closed I once again being charged connects for those jobs.i want to know why my connects are deducted again?

I checked this for you and was not able to locate that your connects were used twice for the same projects. You can check this under your Connects History. Feel free to reach back to us with more information and we'll be happy to assist you accordingly.
