First of all please correct the spelling and remove other mistakes in your post. 
1. You are supposed to be a Content Writer not a "Contant Writer" (it is Content; not Cont"a"nt) 
2. Correct this:  "Im oth standard student"... Your grade/standard is not understandable
3. This sentence also needs revamping "anyone help me how i can grow up my skills on Upwork..?"
