Copy & Paste proposal/cover letter against Upwork Terms of Service?

Is it against Upwork TOS submitting copy & paste cover letters with proposals? 

Just wondering since I had a client mention it to me and I cannot find anything about it in Upwork.

No.

I have never used copy and paste. I type every word from scratch.

But there is no TOS violation associated with copy-and-paste cover letters.
