Could the client know my real name?

Hi, 

I currently work as an employee, though it's not forbidden I don't want my employer to know I'm working as freelance also. could Upwork clients can know my real name?

You have to use your real name on your profile. You can't get paid unless your name matches your banking information.

My profile shows my real name, and because that I make it private currently. 

The question is if the customers can see my real name.
