Created a profile a while back and forgot I did. Now trying to sign up and says Account suspended.

It is saying that my account has been suspended and that I need to contact customer support. I started a profile a few years back, but never finished it. I recently was reminded about this website and I am trying to get freelance work, but it is saying that my profile has been suspended and to contact customer support, yet I cannot find any solution to this issue. Please help!
