Critical Issue: Upwork Mobile App Messages Delay

I get client messages on the Upwork mobile app after 6 minutes.

 

When a clients sends a message, I receive it immediately on the laptop if I am online. But when I am not online on my laptop, the client messages arrive on the moble app after a 6-minute delay. This affects my reputation of being fast & responsive. Hence it is a critical issue. Is this just me? Should I share my phone details here?
