Difficulty in completing my profile

Hello.  I just signed up,and I've been trying to complete my profile for so long. Everything I get to the final stage,the only button that's there says: check your profile. And then it sends me back to the skills section if I click on it. I have filled that section over and over again. I have filled every part correctly and perfectly.  Please help.
