Does turning off availability badge cased me not to get message from clients?

I've been working in upwork for over month, and till now I completed three jobs. As a new upwork freelancer I want to ask to the community member who are experienced enough, 

- I don't see the availibility badge worth turning on, so I kept turned that off. I send proposal everyday to clients, also my proposals get viewed but no messages from the client. Why is it happening and what can I do to recover that?
-And please drop some suggestion for me on how to get response from clients.

No, the availability badge has no influence on how many clients open your proposals and interview you. You just need to write better proposals.

The Availability badge has not to do with clients opening your proposals or setting up an interview with you.

Just keep writing better proposals, one day luck will shine on you.
