Expired Tests???

Hello,

So I am new to Upwork and visited the test section to start some proficency tests for my upwork profile. When I clicked the first test on English spelling, I received a message stating that the test had expired and that I could not retake it until April 2018, however, I have never taken a test before. 

I am trying to have this fixed and was directed here to the community so if someone could help me that would be great.
