Favoritism allowed?

Hello,

I am currently working with a musician and would like to give him more work. The terms of this contract are already well-defined, so I feel that instead of allowing scope creep, I should create another job posting.

However, I want to give it to him since I know he works well. Is it against policy to inform him of a job posting I'm about to make so that he can post to it first and I can just award it to him right away?

Hi Dolan, you don't have to post a new job.

Go to freelancer's profile and use the "HIRE" button, that's it.
