Hello Guys,
I am on an hourly contract that required me to enter my hours manually. I haven't received pay as yet, and my hours were entered. Didn't my client receive an invoice? Also, if the client decides not to pay for any work I have done, can I open a dispute? This client is also a Freelancer on Upwork.
