I'm genuinely curious what about this job post makes you think it's a scam.

The client wants to hire freelancers to take photos in places all over the world.

It is much more cost effective to do that than to go to all those places yourself. I have thought about doing the same thing.

It is a good idea, and would probably be a fun job for somebody who likes taking picture.

Whether the primary goal is to gather photographs, or to test an app, this is a legitimate type of job. As long as the client does not violate any Upwork TOS, I think it sounds fine.

I don't see why the original poster would think this is a scam.
