Hi guys, I need help. I posted a job and hired a developer. After the job was completed I've payed as we agreed, hourly and I've closed the contract. Now I am getting the notificiations that I still owe additional money but that is not true and the guy that I hired can confirm that as well.
The problem is that my card is beign blocked now and I don't know who to contact in Upwork with this very IMPORTANT issue.
