I complete one job... But they give me policy. 

Observable procedures in order to clear the charges:

1: The International levy charges cost $75

2: Payment via other finance methods is not approved because payment has already been done

3: After the charges is deposited and is confirmed, project payment will automatically reflect in the receivers account in less than 12 minutes time.

What can i do now please help me.

Now you must start read rules. You already broke ToS and was scammed. Read carefuly or you will be scammed again or banned for violation.

Also many useful info at forum, incl about scam you faced with.
