If you are a team, you need to create an agency with every member having their own upwork profile. Your profile name must be your real name as on official government IDs.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Martina is correct, since you have a freelancer profile, you would have to update your profile with your information such as your legal name. In order to operate as an agency, you would need to create one and there you can use the name of your business.
