To find clients in your area, I recommend joining agencies and circles of entrepreneurial women in your region.
Start small by inviting them to join Upwork, then complete your first contracts from here, and as you work, the platform itself will suggest projects from other people similar to what you have been doing. You should give it an initial push by inviting real people you know and working with them here.
That's one way.
Another way is attending the upcoming events on this left calendar "Upcoming Events" and then, you will find more people to conect and talk about your clients search.
