Hours not registering

I submitted my time but my hours are still showing as zero. The contract I worked for only for an hour (50 mins).
How do I get paid?

I would just like to confirm, did you run your Upwork Time Tracker App while you were working on the project? All the hours that you logged should be available in your work diary. The hours you logged are automatically invoiced to your client. For more information, please check this article from Upwork Help. Thank you!

I have no idea what that is, so I guess I didn’t. It was my first and only gig with upwork and I don’t recall anything telling me I was supposed to have been running any time tracking app.
I completed the job and logged in my time as requested. Now there’s nothing there. That’s all I know.

When you`re hired on hourly contracts you will need to track your time with the desktop app so that your clients are charged for the time you`ve worked.
