I'm new to Upwork and I created my profile and completed it to 100%, however, I don't see "Submit" button to submit my profile for approval so that I can later submit my goverment ID and get a video call for ID verification. 

Can anyone from Upwork help me get my profile approved and verified? I would be grateful if someone takes a look at my profile to see what's the problem!

It doesn't look like you need to verify your account yet. Please know that verification cannot be requested, but is slowly being rolled out to users of Upwork. If the team finds the need to verify your account, you will be notified through an email, or through a notification in your account with more information on how you can complete the verification process.
