How to decrease hourly rate?

I need to decrease the hourly rates for one of my UW hires.I've followed what I can find online, but the system is only allowing me to increase rates and not decrease. Any advice is appreciated.

If you want to lower the hourly rate, either ask your freelancer directly to do so or end the contract and rehire your freelancer at a lower rate. To learn more about this, check out this help article. Thank you.
