Hello.

I recently secured my first-ever contract on Upwork, and I'm eager to begin working on this exciting project. However, I'm currently facing an issue with verifying my ID. My National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) clearance is scheduled to be released next week on the 21st.

In the meantime, I've reached out to your messaging support team and was instructed to file an appeal. I promptly submitted the appeal and it was "resolved" but I've just received a warning that my account will be suspended tomorrow.

Please help.
