I can't really tell what's going on. I submitted over 40 proposals in the last 30 days and I haven't been getting any reply back. Today I read you can get suspended for too many proposals so I deleted all of them. Could that be the problem? Not sure what I'm doing wrong, I only apply to jobs that suit my skillset.
