I can't really tell what's going on. I submitted over 40 proposals in the last 30 days and I haven't been getting any reply back. Today I read you can get suspended for too many proposals so I deleted all of them. Could that be the problem? Not sure what I'm doing wrong, I only apply to jobs that suit my skillset.

1. You read wrong. That was true many many years ago.

2. Withdrawing proposals is not a good use of your time. 

3. Maybe your proposals are not good enough for clients to get interested.
