I completed work but client cancel the project

Hello 

I have completed the work and thoroughly explained everything to the client, even providing a detailed video recording for clarification. However, the client seems to not understand the work I've done and has abruptly canceled the project. I want to speak with the Upwork team about this issue.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I am sorry to hear about your experience with this client. Please know that when the client ends a Fixed-Price contract and requests that funds in Escrow get refunded to them, the freelancer has 7 days to either approve the refund, or not approve it and file a dispute. If the freelancer doesn’t reply to a refund request within 7 days, the funds from Escrow will be returned to the client.
