I have one Local Client and he is not in Upwork. So any way of how he hire me on Upwork?

I hope you are doing well, Thank you for your query. You can start a direct contract with your local client on Upwork. You need to click on the direct contract icon (Check this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/VDdj6YfbIXxY), add your client's email, and set the payment terms. Your client will get approval for this and he will join the upwork and your contract will be started.

Hello Vaiibhav, 

Referring to this link, your direct contracts do not appear on your profile as they are there just to provide you with a platform for secure payments. Neither your direct contracts appear on your profile nor they affect your JSS/total earnings/overall outlook. I hope it helps!
