Hi Ahmad,
I checked and see you've set up two withdrawal options, both of which are active. Could you please clarify the issue you mentioned having and if it's related to withdrawing your account balance, which you are free to initiate at any time?

Hi Ahmad,
Your new connects will be awarded to you once your new Billing Cycle has started. You can check this by going to Settings > Membership & Connects > and at the bottom of the page you can see the date under Current Billing Cycle.
Withdrawals made via Direct to Local bank method can take between 2 to 5 business days for the funds to arrive on your account. Thank you.
