Hello Guys

I have a lot of contracts(11) in progress. But these contracts have been inactive or most of the clients not active.

My questions:

1.Can I end the contract?

2.What will be the effect on my job success if I end it?

3.Will the client have the option to give me feedback if I end the contract?

4. Request feedback from your client. The feedback will appear on your profile and does not impact your job success score. Does it mean if the client gives me positive or negative feedback JSS won't change? Am I right or not?

1. Yes

2. No effect unless the client leaves poor feedback

3. They can, for 14 days after the contract closed. If you want feedback, encourage the client to end the contract rather than doing it yourself.

4. No. That is ONLY for mid-contract feedback on an open contract, which is essentially meaningless. The final feedback, when a contract is closed, counts towards the JSS.
