Information regarding Payment

Hi there, I want to know once a contract has ended and the client has transferred amount, how long does the payment take to reach my account? It's been 24 hours and still the payment is pending. Kindly respond to enlighten me regarding the mentioned question. Thanks.

Pending payments become available for you to withdraw after the standard five-day security period.
