Hi, I am new but have been trying to get hired since 2021. Unfortunately, haven't been hired since them.  

I came accross an internship job once, is this thing legit and it says it can help me get hired if i take this internship job.  Although, now, there seem to be no internship job posted anymore.

i have been trying also to apply for simple encoding or transcribing jobs, but still, failed.

Upwork is not a place to find a job or internship. It's a freelance marketplace where clients and freelancers (independent contractors) connect and do business on a project basis. It's difficult to offer any more specific guidance without being able to see your profile and have an idea of your background and what kind of freelance work you are targeting.

Unpaid work doesn't help your profile, and clients are not allowed to ask for free work.
