Is it optional to create project offers on my Upwork Profile?

Hi,

Is it compulsory or optional to create project offers on Upwork and can I start applying for jobs straight away after my profile has been approved?

Hi Kallol,

If you're referring to our new feature Project Catalog, yes this is optional. You don't have to create any projects in order to work on Upwork. 
I would also like to confirm that your profile is approved and you can start sending proposals once you're ready. Thank you.
