I have a story below need your recommendation. How should I deal with it?
When I find a job as VA in Upwork. Some clients asked me to contacts them by Telegram account. And then, they said I needed to pay a registraion fee first and after I finished the tasks they would refund the money. Is it right procedure or they are trying to get me in a scram. I'm afraid they will take money and block me, so I reject. Is it right decision? See pic below!

Please know that communicating outside Upwork prior to a contract starting and asking freelancers to pay a fee to start working on a project are both against ToS. Please refrain from communicating with clients outside Upwork when you don't have a contract in place and make sure to report any suspicious user activity.
