Job Success Score

After three months I've had four completed projects on Upwork with good feedback.  I am noticing many clients post they are looking for 90% Job Success Scores or higher.  Am I wasting my time applying to these jobs since I do not yet have a Job Success Score?  Reading the site I have no idea when I'll get one.

You can still apply to those jobs, those are preferences, not requirements. Just make sure your proposals stand out.

Generally after 4 to 6 completed (closed) contracts from at least 3 different clients
