• I am actually interested in Customer Service Representative role, virtual assistant, telemarketing etc but it just seems jobs aren't coming forth even after submitting proposals please can I be referred for a job here?

The forum is not the appropriate place to look for work (and why would any of us refer you, when we know nothing about you?). The only way for a new freelancer to get hired is by sending proposals. If yours aren't effective, then you should work on improving them and/or improving your profile (use Google to find advice about marketing yourself as a freelancer and how to write an effective pitch). The customer service category is extremely competitive, so it's normal if it takes a long time to get your first job.
