Milestones Appear as Separate Jobs

Hello everyone, I have an issue with my Upwork profile.

It appears that the assignments I complete for one client end up on my profile as separate jobs when, in fact, they should all merge within one job. I don't know if this is a bug or if it's normal.

Can anyone help me with this? It's a bit frustrating to see several jobs in progress for the same client. I appreciate any help you can provide.
