Money Taken From Account Without No Work Done

Hi,

Please could someone help me ASAP. I am new to Upwork and reached out to three specific Freelance designers on Upwork to help me create my business flyer and logo. Only one of those desginers responded and agreed to do my work for $200 USD. I accepted this amount but when we spoke further, it was clear the designer was not willing to carry out the work. Therefore, he cancelled the job. I have now checked my bank account and I have been charged $200 USD for no work being done. I have tried contacting the designer but he not replying to my messages or calls. I cannot find any customer support to help me on Upwork. Please can someone, anyone, help me.
