My Feed is not available.

Hi, 

My Job feed is not available in my profile and it's showing the outdated job post in my Best Match and Recent Jobs. 
 

However, I searched the solution in the community and found that I have to save the custom search but there is no option for saving custom search in profile. 

How can I activate the My Feed and Custom Save Search option? 
Please help me.
