My proposals don't get a response

Hi, Can anyone guide me on how I get an invitation from a client? While I am not getting any response from any client. I have sent four proposals in two days. I always try to write better Cover Letters and offer better hourly rates to get more chances of invitation. I want to grow but how? I haven't gotten any projects on Upwork to date.

Please guide me on how to get projects from clients on Upwork.
