Hi! I âm new to upwork. I need help. I received two jobs and both are asking to contact on telegram. I want to know if they are scam?

Yes they are scam, especially if their payment verified is 0$

Yes, they are scam. All conversations must be on upwork. Any clients referring you to other social media channel are mostly scammers because it can't be verified by upwork, and you won't get paid if there's no evidence that you've done Job for them.

You didn't saw ToS so only scammers will contact you. Read forum and rules first.
