 Your language sounds more like a 16-year high school kid than a professional, on top of that nobody will hire a non-native for proofreading.

I'm not surprised you're not getting jobs. If you're calling yourself a "Research Writing expert", then you better have examples of your research writing in your portfolio. Besides that, your overview is much too casual; putting a smiley at the end, for example, makes it unlikely to be taken seriously, and the first sentence of the overview is what clients see first, so don't waste it saying you're new at Upwork, because any client with half a brain will know you're new when they see your profile.
