Other people can't find my profile

Hi! I am having trouble getting started. I opened an upwork account years ago and never did anything with it. I did not verify my ID at that time. I have reactivated my account this month and verified my ID with a driver's license a couple of days ago. This verification was accepted, and on my end, my profile appears public. However, my friend told me she is unable to find me on upwork. I never received a prompt to do a photo or video verification after my driver's license was accepted. I cannot find any option allowing me to proceed with visual verification of my identity. Please help! Mary Hubbard

Please note that search results will be different depending on who is searching. The results you see will differ from the results a client gets searching for a particular job they posted. That way we want to make sure that every professional gets a chance to be discovered and every client finds what they are looking for.
